Some rules please do not put holes in the siding we paid allot of money to get that wonderful Hardie Board siding in and don’t want it damaged. This reduces the integrity of the siding which in time will cause it to fail. No pyrotechnics. Closest you can come to that is the classic candle in the pumpkin on Halloween night. Nothing Obscene (Again Kyle you know what we are talking about and stop asking for a waiver!) Nothing that blocks pathways or common area access. Let’s have a fun and safe Halloween!

If you decorate you have entered the contest and you shall be JUDGED! Judging will be Halloween night we will put yard signs up for notification of the winner and list the winners on the web site. This year we will be offering a $25 gift card to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place homes.
